Finally

The night is finally here! We leave tomorrow on our trip. The car is finished and the roof rack is mounted. We have two jerry-can holders, a spare wheel for the caravan and a spare tyre for the car on the roof rack. Our first stop is Lockington which is a little bit south of Echuca. Last trip we traveled with Ron and Vicki. They live in Lockington and are providing our first night’s accommodation. They own a property and are putting us up for the night. Today Dad took me to B.C.F and bought me a pair of polarized sunglasses and my very own wobble hat. Just in case you don’t know what a wobble hat is, it’s a broad brimmed hat with a brim that flops down every time you take a step. I’ve always wanted one but have never found one in a store. Today we found one in B.C.F on sale. Dad wanted to buy one for himself as well, but they only had medium size. We also bought two hiking hats for $15 per hat. One for Dad and one for me. Dad said the sunny’s and wobble hat were early birthday presents. I’m not home for my birthday. I can’t wait till tomorrow. We will be leaving at 9:00 am.
