Broome Day 5

Today we got up in the morning and I made some breakfast. After breakfast we drove into town to drop Mum and Judy off. Then we drove to the Brumbys Bakery and bought ourselves a snack. Dad and Alan had a danish each and my sister and I shared a chocolate filled croissant. After having our morning snack we set off for the tackle shop. We bought some more sinkers and two kilos of frozen Mango. When we got back to the car Dad and I taste the Mangoes. They tasted like a solid Fruit Thingy. After that we drove to the Woolworths and did some shopping. After a long shopping trip that would have been torturously longer if Mum was there we drove back to the caravan.

Once we arrived I unpacked the car and gave the stuff to my sister who gave it to Dad who put it in the fridge. After that we had lunch. After a tasty lunch my sister and I headed off to the pool. After a good 2 hours of swimming we climbed out and lay on our towels to dry off. Then we saw Dad drive past on his way to pick up Mum and Judy. After a while we saw him come back. Then we waited for Dad to come for a swim. When he didn't come my sister went to see what had held him up. She same back 5 minutes later and said that Dad had just come back from the toilet.

When Dad came we plunged into the water followed by Dad. Dad swam some laps in the lap lane and then got out. My sister and I showed Dad a few of our self invented pool tricks and then we got out as well. We lay on some deck chairs to dry off. Eventually we went for a last swim of the day. We met a woman from Malicoota in Victoria. After a short chat my sister and I climbed out of the pool and walked back to the caravan. When we arrived my sister went to have a shower and I wrote my blog. After writing the blog we had dinner. Dinner was a Chicken and Mango salad. After dinner we had dessert. Dessert was Mango sauce over ice cream. After that I went to bed.
