Today we got up at eight thirty and had breakfast. Then Dad went to the reception to book another night and have a chat. While he was gone I did some drawing. I attempted to draw a Manta Ray but it looked very weird. So, instead I drew a Whaleshark. It turned out quite well. Then Dad got back and we went to do some shopping. Ww were only going to buy some bread but ended up buying some bagels, bread, fruit and vegetables.
After that we drove back to the caravan. On the way we stopped to fill up on fuel. Then we drove to the caravan and had a quick lunch. After lunch we drove to the airport. We had booked yesterday to go as passengers on the RASS mail run. When we arrived we waited 45 minutes and then we all piled into a small Piper Navajo. It only had seven seats.
After take off we flew for 160 km. Then we landed and delivered the mail. Out on these remote stations the people always have time to chat. We stayed for about 15 minutes and then we all piled back onto the plane. We took off and landed barley 30 minutes later at another station.
We delivered the mail and had a chat. Then we took off again and flew back to Port Headland. It was only my family and the pilot in the plane and I had a really good view of the controls. I saw that we were doing just under 300 km/h. As we soared over the mangrove creeks and I took some photos. The mangrove creeks look really good from the air. They look like silver ropes stretching through he endless green mangrove forest.
After landing back in Port Headland we drove back to the caravan and I wrote the blog. After writing the blog we had dinner. Dinner was Chinese. After dinner we had dessert. For dessert we had some bagels and chocolate milk. Then I went to bed.
