Today we got up in the morning and had breakfast. Then we drove to Cossack. It was pretty boring. Al we did was fish for a couple of hours without catching anything decent. All we caught was a small Trevalley, a Gunthers Butterfly fish, a Black Bream, one 10 cm Red Emperor and about three million Spanish Flag. The Spanish Flag were so small that my hand covered them completely. After three hours of this we drove back to the caravan. On the way we stopped at a bridge to do some fishing. A bloke had caught a good sized Barramundi a few minutes before. So we decided to have a fish.
After 30 minutes we drove back to the caravan and had lunch. After lunch Dad and I cleaned our rods and reels. We had to wash the salt off with Metho. After doing some cleaning we all hopped in the car and drove to fishing spots. First we drove to the marina where all the big tugs are. We walked out along the rock wall. After eating the tip we turned back. I saw all the baitfish jump out of the water and the big Barramundi in pursuit. Then I saw something peculiar. A fish with a yellow ail was sitting near the rocks wagging it's tail against the current.
After that we went and checked out Sam's Creek. It's definitely Barramundi territory out there then we drove back to the bridge and fished a bit. I caught some more of those striped fish and some more minute Spanish Flag. Then we drove back to the caravan. After a while I wrote my blog. Then we had dinner. Dinner was sausages and mashed potato. After dinner we had dessert. For dessert we had some Watermelon. It tasted great. After dessert I went to bed.
